What are the repeated events every month or year where the market fluctuates too much, and market velocity is too high?
I know one, which is the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC). It happens once a month.
The US interest rate announcement has some impact on all other currencies but the Central Bank for each major currency sets their own interest rate on roughly a monthly basis. The dates and times are available as Economic Calendars on multiple websites. Note that interest rate announcements occasionally made on unannounced dates.
The inflation rates and unemployment statistics for major economies are also announced monthly and can have major impacts.
