Don’t understand whythey fixed what wasn’t broken… has created nothing but ■■■■ in my platform. I want to redownload MT4 When i click in metatrader site on "Ddownload METATRADER 4’ it downloads 5 I DONT WANT 5 I WANT 4, but they scam one by downloading what they want, not what the client wants

METATRADER MT4 download googled and downloaded.
Get MT4 direct from the metatrader website and then hook your broker up to it manually.
Yes, you could get it directly either from MQL site itself or from your preferred broker. Any issue you could ask the customer service. They will be gladly to help you.

I eventually got it from FXCM Thank you guys
It is better to download MT4 or MT5 directly from the broker, they always have current versions and are adapted to their accounts.
You can follow these steps to download MT4 like I have done it few days before.
