Does anyone how to get the dollar index, nzd/usd, and nzd/jpy cross in metatrader? (Alpari broker)
As well as draw line segments instead of rays (for marking flags).

With Alpari what you see is what you get, but if it’s just the
feed you need go to North Finance, they have a larger range
of pairs etc.
