Hello all,
Just wondered if anyone using MT4 demo, and has experienced trades closing themselves out…

The trades that have closed out had NO stop-loss or PROFIT take points assigned. On more than one occasion, when closing out a profitable trade the rest closed themselves out for no reason, some were just over break-even and others were in the red.

Other times I have been sitting looking at the screen and then…“dude where’s my trades?” having a look in account history and sure enough…closed out.

Also worth mentioning I am not using any EA’s. So I shall now re-install MT4 from another source and see what happens, just curious to see if anyone else has experienced anything similar.

i have never noticed.

yeah, just try to re-install, see what happens.

The plot thickens…after a fresh install from somewhere else…less than a week later, all account history has vanished into the ether…at least the open trades are still there…pity it couldn’t make the bad trades go away without a trace…maybe on the third install…

Margin call? was your margin level at 100% thats when it will start closing trades automaticly
