is it possible to make an alert for when multiple moving averages are going the same direction all together? not just a crossover between 2

It is possible yes, depending on what platform tho and you will need to have someone code it for you

Just make sure ur logic is correct
U will get notification from phone ,email or pc,whatever u choose if ur logic is fullfilled
I’m still using demo account and currenlty using trading view and mt4
