IS there anyone here who is using the cross over strategy from the babypips example and how is it helpful so far of we just have to stay solely to price action
Very few traders who are making money are using MA crossovers as entry signals. They are just inaccurate and often misleading.
The situation is even worse of you use the opposite MA crossover as an exit signal or as a stop-and-reverse signal.
Having said all that, the MA set-up which shows a short MA is above a long MA is indicative of bullish price action. But it is the positions of the MA’s that is important, not the timing of the crossover into those positions.
