MT4 Error codes - "Signal - not found update signal - 11643 in base"

Hi, I’m getting a lot of these error codes in my MT4 platforms, especially top 2. Even though I’m trying platforms from various brokers. I still get these errors which cause trades from EAs to not take effect.

Does anyone know what they are and what I can do to stop them?

Those error codes are not MQL4 codes. Their codes only go as high as 4207. I suspect they are EA internal errors which means you have to contact the coder.

So far I have assumed that those error messages are related to the new signals feature that MetaQuotes enforced on us earlier this year. I have this messages on almost all my accounts so I doubt that this is caused by an EA.

Thanks guys, is there some way to contact MetaQuotes directly to ask them, I’ve tried their website but all they have is a forum which so far no one from MetaQuotes has got back to.
