Mt4 execution issue

Hi, I’m new to live trading and have set up an account with LCG (London Capital Group) using their mt4 platform and trading mostly the DAX30. I use 1 clicktrading and often when i click to execute a trade i hear a ping but the trade is not executed and no message comes to explain why. Its seems to happen when the DAX is moving fast, such as today with the Univ of Mich sentiment release. I tried to go short a few times without success and was only able to get in when it slowed and paused for a moment.

Has anyone had similiar problems or can offer advice? LCG say they haven’t had a problem with this issue with other traders.

When the market moving fast, all order in every broker will failed and need to be processed again until the order executed.
Its normal sir. I’ve experience in many broker and face like those such problems. for choosing broker, i recommended Liteforex broker, its great and fair broker i have had ever met.
