I want to ask if any of you can help me because I did not find anything on the web.So on MT4 when you open the installation directory of custom indicators and EA’s it send you to something like tihs:
C:\Users\JohnSmith\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\9F86138A4E27C7218E9EC98A5F8D8CA1
And here is the question. Can I change this path ,because I download tick data and convert it so I can get 99,9% modeling quality, for back testing but the space it needs is large and there is no more space on my C drive but I have plenty in my D to cover my needs? Can someone help me out? From what I searched I could use portable mode… and if this is the solution how does it work I dont quite get it.
