MT4sync problem

Hi everybody!
I’ve been using MT4sync in my FXpro MT4 platform without any problem for months, but recently I have had to format my PC.
I have reinstalled the MT4 platform and have downloaded MT4sync again. I perfectly know how to install MT4sync on my MT4 platform (I already did it before formating my pc, and I have followed the step-by-step guide instalation from babypips too) and have installed it succesfully (that is what all the message windows tell me) but I can’t see the MT4 sync expert advisor in my MT4 platform…
I’ve tried it several times with no success…
Please I need help! I don’t want to have to journal my trades manually!

PS: if any administrator of babypips.com read this post: I’ve submitted you throug mt4pips.com this problem and sent you an email several days ago with no response…I really need to solve this problem in order to journal my trades (it’s very important).

Not sure if you knew this before but you can just copy and paste the MT4 folder (as backup) and they work just fine.

Not sure I can help with your problem though. Have you checked for your EA/script/indicator in:
C:\Users<name>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\MetaTrader 4
as opposed to c:\Program Files (x86)…
?

Well for me on Windows 8 (and also when I used Windows 7), when I put my EA and indicators in C:\Program Files (x86)\MetaTrader 4 (i.e. the default installation directory), they would not show up in the programme.

When I put the indicators, etc, in the folder:
C:\Users<name>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\MetaTrader 4
they then worked.

It is an issue with Windows.

I do not have the folder appdata\local\virtualstore (I’m using windows 7) or a similar…

Issue solved!!
My Fx MT4 platform has sent me an email because they have updated the platform, and expert advisors weren’t working properly…so they’ve explained me how to solve my problem.
