Hi all you there, it’s been a while now that I opened with ACM and I am way pleased with my choice! I was with Dukascopy at first but i became sick and tired of getting rejected all the time! They would blame the fast moving market, even if I used theri slippage setting I would still get rejected more times than not, no point in staying there wasting my time so I moved to…Oanda! Now that was a wasted 3 months, requotes during normal markets?? No trailing stops neither, I left. Then I opened a demo with ACM, WOW, what a breath of fresh air, on going live i noticed that this was the first time a demo and live platform actually resembled each other, the fractional pips are super tight, add 1 click instant execution to no slippage and I know I have found my home.
To all you who have seen ACM’s new banner, what a fresh new approach in FX advertising, makes a change to see something so artistic.
totally agree,
opened my account only 1 week ago , but i will stay with them for a while thats for sure
Hi,
Already some of my students have feedback to me that ACM is quite good. But would like to hear more reviews on their services.
Regards,
Dan
Yes ACM are very good. I’ve been with the for a long time because i believe no one else can offer the execution they do, very very fast which results in capturing the price you executed on, no slippage at all. My advice is just to call them get on the chat to find out more on their services, the support is friendly.
Yes, I fully agree with all of you. This has been a great broker from the start with me. Best Platform, best execution and best spreads, all with no commission.
Are u working for ACM?
Just wondering…
Seems like there are no bad feedbacks about ACM? So everyone is satisfied with them?
Ha Ha, yes Livornese, you obviously are missing something…the ACM Gravy Train!
You just need to see all the positive comments or reviews going round the web, there really is a buzz about town! I know that people were generaly happy with this broker before, but in the last few weeks certain things have pushed them above the competition. They have won 2 awards, introduced new spreads and their pips have gone fractional. I also think the banking licence event horizon has made people believe that Switzerland will be the place to be. In any case this is my belief, what do you think?
Hi,
I still think that you work for ACM…
Ciao Livornese, what, all of the people who posted? So going by what you think they, and me, must equal many hundred employees! Anyway, like I say, you are free to arrive at your own conclusions, in any case it changes nothing regarding my broker.
I have been with Dukas along time and I have not experienced the problems you describe but I have a DS3 connection. Were you using Currenex? What size of trades did you have problems with? What platform does ACM use? I have heard nothing but good things about ACM but I have no experience with them. I have been running the Bloomberg terninal quotes along side Hotspot and boy are they competitive but I have no experience with them either. Any more detaile info would be great,
Here is a sample of bids on the USD/JPY at 1:40 March 24th I did not do this for any particular reason except we were bored and I thought we might as well share the information.
Forex.com 97.56 FXCM 97,56 IBFX 97.58 Dukascopy 97,47 ADM 97,48 The following came from the Bloomberg terminal UBS 97.48 Barclays 97.48 Merriill Lynch 97,46 Hotspot 97.48 Danske Bank 97,47
Any and all feedback is appreciated,
Alex Findlay
Hello Alex! Cool about your connection, whatever it is. I have regular DSL and have never had any connections problems with it. I know that because it is first place I checked with computer technicians. The connection is fine and has never been an issue once with ACM. The platform I use with them at home is the Java otherwise I use a advanced web trader or advanced mobile trader. I too hear very good things about the Bloomberg teminal and its news feeds.
The trades I did with Dukas were simple basic trades from EUR/USD to GBP/EUR. This problem did not just hit one pair but all at very different times.
So, isn’t that what it’s all about, being confident with your system so that when I execute a trade that is what I am to pay? Not to expect a requote soon after and hope it is close to what I had clicked on? I don’t have that trouble now, I use my guaranteed fills orders. So I can say to you that so far it has been great.
If you were with Dukas you have the money and believe me they will fix it. If you wish to try Bloomberg email me at <> ref bbps. personally I cannot understand Dukas letting a valued customer like you slip away. There had to be some sort of mis-communication. If you are not sore at them give me the details and I am sure it can be fixed. I hear nothing but good things about ACM, but have no personal experience so maby I should just but out and wish you the best. It is not often I meet people with 50k plus accounts so please keep in touch. Who knows when I might need your advice. Alex It said lenghten msg so xxx and wishing you the best trading you have ever done
Thanks Alex, but I think I will stay with ACM, even if there truly was a misunderstanding. I have read that ACM have put the paper for the bank license requisition, I also been told that the last day for this was 31st march. When MIG did this there was a big news release, ACM did the same the other day, it was all over the FX news sites. Dukas? Nothing. Had they done it then you would expect same reaction, no? I mean is a BIG thing, brokers not doing this will have to leave the country. That is another reason I decide to stay with ACM.
