The pair will rise, the red trend line will hold the price. The bull trend will continue at least till 1.1621 (the peak on 16.10.2018)

Brave weather man, sounds a lot like me, so what your are also saying is the USD will decline and silver will rise
That’s not inevitable. It could be that the EUR will rise and the USD will hold price against other currencies. Or both of them will rise, but the EUR rise more.
