An anyone explain this one? I am using fxcm desktop trader and fxcm mobile! When I compared charts I find them to be different

if we are indeed comparing apples with apples, then there is no doubt that these two charts are VERY different.
Something is up… Contact FXCM with the screenshots and ask for clarification.

I am with FXCM but have not noticed something like this before…
It could be a delay in data, if the data comes in late the candles are going to close and open at different levels. That is why internet connection speed is critical for professional trading.
Looks like the weekend data. Right click on the chart. Select “Options”. Then select “General Options”. Adjust the “Weekend Data” Field on the bottom right.
You can choose to hide weekend data, to merge weekend data into Monday, or to simply display the weekend data. My guess is you have weekend data hidden on the desktop platform but displayed on the mobile app.
