Nedging Grid EA (Without Nedging)

I have an EA that hedges (“nedges”) and I cannot use it being a US resident.
Since math has proven that Selling and Buying the Same currency at the same time is pointless.
Can this EA work if modified
Because It actually makes me about 30% a month in a 9 year backtest.
