Need a broker - tight requirements

Hi guys,

I’m looking for a broker that MUST meet ALL the following requirements:

. Candles close time in New York time;
. Allow Euro account;
. Allow micro lots trading;
. Allow a 250€ deposit;
. Has a decent charting/trading platform;
. Has competitive spreads;
