Need a pending order EA

Hi guys

i place 2 pending order sellstop/buystop for the same pair
I need a pending order EA to do the following actions :
If 1 of these orders is triggered and hits its take profit, I want to cancel the other pending order.
If it instead, hits its stop loss, I want to keep the other order.

It seems that this strategy have many weak point.
