Need an indicator for mean (average) calculation

hi someone help?

i need an indicator to calculate automatically a mean or average if you use this formula

Hi+Lo+Close/3 = mean

then you 400 + mean = high range (if 5digit broker)
then you 400 - mean = low range (if 5 digit broker)

or

then you 40 + mean = high range (if 4 digit broker)
then you 40 - mean = low range (if 4 digit broker)

you do this on your brokers 0100 hours (i.e. High, low and close) of your brokers time of the 1 hour candle.

if there are programmers out there please help
