As a longer term buy and hold speculative gold investment did alright last year, assuming you didnt jump on the bandwagon when it hit 1900 an ounce. For a shorter term investment i have found it super news sensitive and prone to big swings that love to find stop loss orders prior to returning to a channel. Fun times!
this year i won big with gold bought it at the 1700 mark and sold it somewhere around 1850 with my account lucky for me i didnt invest after that but if u wanna invest in gold just go to site like apmex.com and just buy gold bars that why you wont have to worry about the gold going so low it hits your stop lost or ur account limit. We all know gold is going to over 2000 very soon its a good time to invest and even if it doesnt go up sooner then i predict it will later on.
