I have tested a lot of free and commercial EAs, wasted a lot of money. Up until now I can’t find one that pass my test.
Some of them do profitable, but require a big account to handle a big drawdown. Because it does not use stop-loss and can result in destroying the account; And the rest of these profitable EAs require long time for a signal or can not work on any currency pairs.
So here is what I am looking for:
1: EA that uses stoploss and still profitable.
2: Can work on M1 or M5 time frame and on any pairs.
That is all!
Why? Because I just don’t want to wait days for a trade. More profitable trades=quicker account growth! This is the reason i want it work on low time frame and can attach to many pairs on my mt4.
If this kind of EA does exist it would be the holy grail of EAs!
I am currently building ea with tight sl that works on 6 major pairs and makes about 5 trades a week, but its not ready yet.
I think M15 is the smallest timeframe suitable for a non-scalp ea. Thats because the smaller your profit per trade is, the bigger is the spread %. With larger TF the profits are bigger and the spread effect is easier to beat.
if it work on 6 major pairs i think it would work on most pairs.
Yes i agree on the spread issue but i use a broker that has very tight spread on all pairs.
hi sunny7day,
if you are not looking for scalping but a EA what
not loose your money but in worst case make a break even of it
if the trend goes as estimated good profit
I can just recommend the loss recovery trade system. From all my trades until now Im around 75-80% profit.
Thats not easily answered… Larger profits are good because of the low spread %, but on the other hand…
If you have a system that has made 1 trade with 100000 euros profit, and an other system that has made 100000 trades, all profited 1 euro after spread and comissions, the ea making smaller profits is much more reliable
yes personally I am using this EA from theforexcabin. I did make yesterday on 3 accounts between 1 - 5 % profit each, and it was planned.
Regards the other friends here, to much platitude…like better to drive a Audi then a Lada or I am not behind you then I am a front of you. This is clear all gentlemen. Instead come with facts and not meaning with platitudes.
The answer is very easy. All being equal (lot size, pips earned; has to be for a proper comparison anyway) one trade of 50 pips is better as you only had to face on transaction cost where with five trades you have to face five transaction costs.
