Need help on gft forex demo account?

Hello guys,
I recently took my first “babystep” into the forex world by opening a demo account at gft forex. But all those buy/sell, orders, stuff just put me off. I just couldn’t get going as it was all pretty messy forcing me to seek help from those forex gurus here. Any sort of help appreciated.
