Hello, I need some advice and help with a broker that a friend and i have some money invested with. The broker is Trade-24. We requested withdrawal 1 month ago and so far we have not received all of it. We are still waiting for 2 payments. Trade-24 will not answer emails or answer the phone. I really do not know what to do next. Any help is much appreciated.
No response. Guess i did post this in the wrong place. Maybe admin can suggest a better place to post

This sounds like bad news and that you may have fallen victim to a scam (not sure as I do not have all the details), but a solid broker handles your withdrawal right away (same day). What made you open an account with this broker?
We opened an account to copy-trade a friends robot. He had it setup with this broker. I finally got through and spoke with someone on the telephone 2 days ago and they said it would be processed that day. We still have not seen the money or any proof that it has been processed despite asking for it. i just tried to call again now but no answer at brokerage. What broker does not answer the phone? Very bad customer service. I am sending them another email. They are withholding our money and I just want to warn people not to get into a similar situation with this broker trade-24.com.
It is now the 24th and we still have not received any money from Trade24. Do not trade with them or deposit money if you want a hassle free withdrawal.
