Need help with regular/hidden divergences

Hello everyone,

I was trading EUR/USD on my demo acc when I came across this divergence. I can’t tell whether it’s a regular or a hidden divergence. So correct me if I’m wrong but if I understand correctly a regular bullish divergence happens when the price is making lower lows while the oscillator (RSI in this case) is making higher lows while a hidden bearish divergence happens when the price is making lower highs and oscillator is making higher highs. What happens if both of those are happening simultaneously?
This looks to me more like a regular divergence but I’m not 100% sure because of the aforementioned reasons. Can someone help clarify?

This is a 15minute time frame chart of the EUR/USD if that changes anything at all.

Thanks!

You can analyse this 15 minute chart using some technical analysis. Good luck.
