This is a trend trading system. The system is very easy to understand. It only requires very little effort and time to implement but very accurate. The signals from this strategy are very accurate. You may encounter losses but only a few. As you may already know, there is no system which is 100% profitable. You can apply this strategy to any time frame 5 min., 15 min., 30 min., 1hr., 4 hr., Daily and Weekly.
Indicators:
Parabolic SARS
Awesome Oscillator
Accelerator Oscillator
Currency Pairs:
The system can be applied to any currency pair. But the best currency pairs are
EURUSD
GBPUSD
GBPJPY
Time Frames:
Any Time Frame
Best Time Frame: 1 Hr Time Frame
Trading Rules:
Long Trades:
The Parabolic SAR must be below the current signal candlestick.
Awesome Oscillator must turn green.
Accelerator Oscillator must turn green.
If all the three conditions are met, enter a long trade at the close of the current candle.
Stop Loss:
Set stop loss at the low of the entry candlestick.
Profit Target:
Set take profit to the same amount as stop loss. For example if your stop loss is 40 pips then use a profit target of 40 pips.
Or, you can ride the trend until both Awesome Oscillator and Accelerator Oscillator change their color to Red. But make sure that you move your stop loss a little above your entry when you are in profits so that you won’t be in losses if the trend suddenly reverses.
It close an average 40 pips in around8-10 minutes. The winning rate is around 60% on a friday,and higher in weekdays,with such vast times executed per day will eventually yield cummulative good result.
