Hey guys I am Shaun (as per username) and what can I say, the forex bug bit me, and it bit me hard…
Not sure if im the only one but starting to trade is like entering Narnia!! A whole new world. But as I have read, this is not an overnight solution to getting rich.
A lot of charts, reading, analysing, speculations, anticipation, tools, technical indicators, ups, downs, long, short - but it all excites me 
I have started reading a book about forex, started my babypip education, and have played on a few platforms. The funny thing is I have more questions than I have answers at this point in time and I would like to share them with this community:

First thing first!! Which platform to go with. Going online you have so many, Meta4, Plus500, Markets.com, Oanda, CMC, IG, Interceptor and many more. Now for the time being I have been using the markets.com account just to get going. And which is best for MAC.

Whats the difference between spread betting, CFD and forex trading?

What are the general thoughts on the elections? How it will impact the majors?
I have so many more questions but I feel i should bring them up after my full education should they still exist. The main thing for me now is just finding the best platform that offers everything, thats competitive in the spreads and just keep on learning on that.
But wanted to say hi, I’m here, I’m new and I’m here to Make Pips, Keep Pips and Repeat!!!
