Yes, this great education site offers many courses and learning material all free of charge. You could also open a demo account from a regulated broker to practice and experiment on while developing a profitable method and process that you stick to for every trade you make.
That’s the basic starting point that could take you months of hard work, as there is no short cut to eventual success. Best of luck.
