New Newbie Introduction 🙂

Hi all, I’m Umair. I’ve been trading for about six or seven months and I’ve really taken to the Wyckoff Method. While I’ve had success in demo accounts, I’ve blown two $50 accounts already. I know it might have been a bit early for real accounts, but I’ve done well on 6 demo accounts, taking each from $100 to $10K.

I know I can do better if I just put my mind to it but I’m lazy af, that’s why I’m here.

I’d be happy to become a part of this community. Any guidance you can offer is much appreciated.

Good trading to all,
U

Hi and welcome.

I’ve always thought demo and small accounts are to enable screen-time, research and familiarity with platforms/brokers/rules/procedures, and that the aim with a $100 account should be to grow it slowly to $150: turning it into $10,000 honestly sounds more like wild gambling than “trading” to me and my guess is that our ideas of risk-management are truly light-years apart - but I wish you very good luck anyway! :sunglasses:

Don’t ask me how I did it but I did it
It was with 2000L and most of the trades were all in
I’m pretty bad at risk management, understanding the pips, floating lose; that’s the reason I lost two accounts even most of the trade later went into the predicted direction

But thanks for the reply man<3

As I think you already know, you’ll need to change that very dramatically, to become a profitable trader: success at trading is about risk-management, not profit-maximization.

Indeed. :open_mouth:
