Do you have a broker already for trading a demo account? My trading platform allows me to add them to my chart.

Did you learned basics? If you did it then open a demo trading account with a broker. Many brokers have their own platform. And also there are a lot of extra trading platforms you can download MT4/MT5 Platform from internet.
