New Trader let's goooooo!

Hello My Name is Rich, I am in the Nutritional Supplement business (alphanutrition.ca). My wife recently joind Kuvera to start learning how to trade and I am not ready to drop that kind of money, so I am going to try and learn from scratch. We are not trying to get rich but the Idea of sitting on a beach somewhere and making a few trades everyday to pay for our lifestyle is something worth looking into. I am willing to donate my GTA5 time to trading and see where it goes.

Hi and welcome to the forum. When you took the decision to invest your time in GTA5, did you ask yourself:

What goal do I wish to achieve by investing my time in GTA5?
How long will that goal take me to achieve?
How much will that goal cost me in direct currency and in time allocated?
Are there any other alternative ways of investing my time that may result in a faster or easier way to achieve my goal?
Do I have the psychological nature to be a successful GTA5’er?
Am I willing to invest my agreed allocated time to achieve my goal.
If I get knocked down, do I get up again, and how many times am I willing to get knocked down and get up again?

If you ask yourself the same questions about the time and currency you intend to spend, in achieving whatever goal you have with Forex as a pursuit, you will either thrive in this pursuit, or leave the forum for a pursuit more matched to your goals.

A couple of questions to ponder.
If I don’t know where I want to go when I get in my car, how can I set the SatNav to get there?
You can’t improve what you can’t measure. How to achieve a new goal? Decide what that goal is and start measuring your real world actions against your planned actions.

Start with selecting your goal and making a strategy. The time and money that is to be invested in your trade has to be decided. Know the market you want to enter and keep track of the market conditions. Good luck.

The analogy with GTA5! Quite something! You gotta be more serious than that to be successful in trading.
