Been in crypto for 12 months, made some gains and made some losses, need to up my game now and learn more techniques to higher my percentage
To up your game, IMO, is to follow and focus on process on every trade. Once you have little robots entering and exiting the market you can then focus on controlling and managing your emotional responses - which is a never-ending battle.

the movement of crypto is really uncertain and volatile , for that reason i always support crypto holding than trading.
