I want to know if news releases are made at 8:30a.m ET DAILY.So, that i’ll have to be always out of trade at that time DAILY Or is it only on some specified days. Thanks.
You need to find an economic calendar such as
Forex Calendar, Forex Economic Calendar, Forex Newx, Forex Event Risk - BabyPips.com
or
Forex Forum, Forex Calendar, Forex News @ Forex Factory
As daydreamer says you need to look at a calendar since releases occur at different times. You also need to recognise they differ vastly in thier importance and you need to work out a strategy regarding how you manage your trade around them. Exiting is certainly one possibility but is certainly not always the best
