How do you effectively handle the challenge of news being released nearly every day, typically 30 minutes after the New York market opens? Do you wait until the news release is over before making any trading decisions?
Yup. I check the calendar first and if there’s anything big coming out I’ll wait until an hour after it’s been released.

Oh and may I ask you what is your news sources?
I check DailyFX, FT, Bloomberg. Lessons - def stay away from trading within an economic event esp if it’s a big one. I don’t think I’ve ever succeeded trading the NFP haha
