No micro lot trades at IG?

Is it true that you can’t trade with micro lots or lower at IG? I currently use Oanda. I am based in the US and scalping is my main strategy. I’ve read that IG has much lower spread and figured smaller spreads would be beneficial, but I’ve read in multiple places you can’t trade with micro lots or smaller.

Does anyone on here trade with IG and can confirm this? My account is small and I mainly trade with micro lots on Oanda while I learn, and would love to try IG!

Hi I’m in the uk and the lowest in fx you can trade is 50p which I guess is 0.5 micro lot.

I am not too certain about Forexchief accepting USA traders, but they offer 0.01 micro lot trades. You may check it out. I use it

You can trade micro lots on ig but is very much dependent on the market that you are trading. I am scalping using fxview on micro lots, spreads are the lowest I have come across so far.
