Opening live, UK brokers

Hi, I am planning to open an live account this week.

I am looking to sign up with a broker that is regulated by uk (without the 100:1 and FIFO crap) and have tight spreads and minimum deposit of below $250.

so far, I am down to FX solution and alpari, and AVA FX, anyone have any experience with any of them?

Not had experience of those you mention only GFT in London whom I wouldnt recommend.
