Does anyone know where a good site is for free that shows the past news that would affect the FX? I want to compare some graphs in the past to see what makes what happen some times.
Try these guys. You can use the calendar in the upper left to choose which day/month/year you need to see and than compare the price action to your charts. A nice feature they provide is the explanation of each indicator on the right of the listing. Click around. You’ll find it.

Warning: Avoid news trades. Use releases to determine likely overall long term pair direction and act accordingly. Just my opinion. Good luck.
