That’s what I am trying to identify, it can be tough though. Discipline and trust in my system, letting trades play out I think is best course of action.
There’s something you can do that might help. You can write down your thoughts. after a while you can analyze them. probably after some time you’d be able to find patterns in your behavior while trading.
