Pip Digit for Exotics

Wherever you read, they tell you all currencies have the 4th digit as the pip digit, but for the Yen it is the second digit. I am familiar with this concept.
My question is that if we take any exotic currency like the Kuwait Dinar Dollar and the Lebanese Lira Dollar. Is the same rule apply? is it the 4th digit? If not, then what is the rule for exotic currency pairs?

If you get into manual calculations, it can get really complicated. I personally avoid manual calculations and often use pip calculators offered by most brokers. I am not sure which broker you are using but I am sure that your broker would be offering a pip movement calculator that you can use.

There are no manual calculations here. I am just asking if there is a general rule or not and if so what is it.
