Newbie here!
How do I calculate the Daily Pivot point, Resistance and Support? Seems too hard to spot them.
Jordy… i’d check out actionforex.com pivots - they seem to be the most effective in correctly putting pivots where a price reaction will happen.

It’s like the first or second site. I use them, and they are reliable enough to justify using them on a regular basis as part of my analysis. I also trade full time, so, action forex must be doing something right.

I did check online on google and on actionforex.com but I can’t get the formula to calculate accurately without using sites. I needed to open my chat know previous daily high and low then get pivots, resistance, support etc.
Is there any formula?

ya, google investopedia: pivot point statistics
they will give you calculations with historical stats to show you the relevence of their calculations.
and actionforex uses this. look around on action…i htink they have them up too somewhere

Still trying them and drawing the pivots from actionforex.com all give slightly diiffernt points but they help alot with my sweetspots indicator which I have shared on the threads as a newbie
They just give me fighting edge.
