Pivots and medians

Hey guys, I’m new to the forum and I had a question regarding charting packages/software. Currently, I am with fxcm and I want a charting software that has pivots and medians available as a tool. I have downloaded files that allow me to import these tools to the metatrader4 platform, but I don’t know if I can do it with the fxcmtradingstation. (I’m also not computer saavy, to say the least)

I don’t think this tool is available on most free charting packages. I hope someone can answer my question, I’m sure some of you guys use pivots and medians.

why not just use those indicators on metatrader, and enter your orders through a different chosen broker…

Brilliant! This was intially what I thought of doing, but lack of familiarity with the trading platform had me thinking of alternative options.

I suck with computers so sadly I will have to wait for my buddy to help get this thing up and running.

I guess I overthought this thing and now I feel like an idiot, LOL. Oh well. Thanks for the help man, greatly appreciated.

What charting package do you use, by the way? Standard one offered by your broker?
