So, I’ve been saving for a while to add to my account. But I realize I can also spend some on a new device. Maybe this can get me more inspired, and since some of the keys of my current laptop are already missing.

What device do you guys use for your day to day trading and other activities? 
Hi, I use dell precision for day work, but for create and test strategies I have other hardware. If you want to analyze charts, a bigger screen can be a good solution, you can transfer picture to a TV or second monitor. Of course, all is up to you

CyberPowerPC. Nothing special. i5, but 16gb or RAM.

Big screen will definitely help. And a good internet connection!

This is right. For trading, quality and reliability of internet connection are generally far more important (though usually much less discussed) than your own hardware factors.

Thanks for the reco! I’ll check that out too. I’m actually thinking of having a dual screen setup so that 1 monitor will be focused on the charts while I do other stuff on the main monitor. 
My husband says it’s a bit excessive so I’m still contemplating it.

But unfortunately, being from a third world country, we lose connection almost every time it rains a bit harder than usual. 
you can look at the pinterest for more inspiration, but you have bigger problem with the internet connection, depends on your funds, you can try to find good router with multi connection.
what are you doing with your laptop’s keyboard? Are you also using it for gaming?
