If it were only that easy my friend. 
Start with the babypips school. Your mind is the best EA you have. You just don’t realize it yet.
I can’t even think of 2 to recommend let alone 10.
And the two that I can recommend; one is private
written by a friend of mine - not for sale. And one
is priced at $5,000. So, no… don’t go around looking
for automatic trading solutions.
Anyway what’s does the “EA” stands for?
Expert Advisor. It’s a program application that automates trading for the Metatrader platform. Great in theory, horrible in practice if you solely rely on it. I speak of this however on a general level.
With that said, I use an EA. However it’s one that helps keep a script on my charts as I toggle between profiles on Metatrader. It has nothing to do with the trading itself.
I’ve also used one in the past to help manage my trade, once I already had a position opened manually.
