Hi! I think the reason why gold isnt included is because of the discrepancies in prices between brokers…
So my question is where/how can I calculate position sizing for gold or silver.
Thank you.

Hallo Apex,
Try this one, works for me: Position Size Calculator, Forex Position Size Calculator
MT4 and MT5 indis are also available ( scroll to the bottom of the page ).
Ideally, your broker should have a page on their site ( or a PDF ) that has each pair’s specification ( or “schedule” ). It shows the $ value per tick/pip. This can also help you position size manually (if the calc does not work).
Cheers!
Hi Apex,
I see you active member in Chris thread too…
Anyway, can you explain what is ‘position size calculator’ for? specially for gold ?
thanks
Hi dudest,
Cheers! Ill try the MT4 indicator tommorow and see if it helps for gold.
But thank you for the input, appreciate it.

Hi Benza,
Yeah, Chris is super cool, he puts up with my questions a lot, which probably annoy him, but he never seems to mind.
As for your question, its for working out the right amount of lots I want to trade. Its important you’re trading the right amount per trade.
The calculator on babypips doesnt include gold, so thats why I asked how I could calculate it.
Hope that explains it.
