Is it ever possible to find a stratergie which gives a 100% roi everymonth?

Well it’s not impossible. It’s not as much about the strategy as it about trader. One trader can make 100% ROI every month trading his strategy, and you can teach another trader that same strategy, and that trader may lose 100% the first month. Even if you follow the rules 100%, a trade can lose…then how does that make you feel? Angry, sad, indifferent? How did the first trader feel, did you feel the same way…traders react differently to their different feeleings so they get different results. So then you try an automated system…a robot…they don’t feel. But they still can fail.
That’s awesome…for that trader. Maybe you could contact that trader and ask him/her about it.
Yes. I accept that a traders perfomance depends on his emotions but if he found a stratergie which got success over 10 years in backtesting then the efect of his emotions on his trades will be very less. Right?

Yes confidence is helpful…confidence that the system will perform what the backtest indicates even when the strategy is losing…but you can never be sure if the losing is temporary or if it’s something else, and that can still play with your head. Do you know how he got his strategy and how long it took him to get to this point? Maybe he’s following a signal service…lol.
I dont know anything about him and also about his stratergy but his profits are extremely high and i dont think he is following signal service.

He’s using an automated system…so he’s not really trading, the robot is. He could have made it himself or paid for it, or whatever, and this account only started last September.

in a long term yes. basically because after 5 years there will be not enought money in the world to pay you.
It’s hard enough to find a profitable strategy.
you will hardly find a mechanical strategy with a reliable backtest with more than 5-7% average monthly returns.
so if you want impresive results, try discretionary trading. not need to say it takes time, effort, money, and the result is never guaranteed
