Posting time in GMT

Thanks, as a newbie, l have been learning a lot especially from your postings in the BLOG. However, l have a problem. could you please tell me what time in GMT do you post the “CROSS-EYEING” and “PICK OF THE DAY” SIGNALS.

l cannot really figure your postings time in ET from my time zone in Africa.

Are your postings in the blog sent at the opening of a new trading. day–2200GMT.

You’d have to contact the person who wrote the blog in question… several of the admin have their own blogs. Send it to the username listed in the blog post, although I kind of doubt they’ll reply.

I assume that the time shown is whatever your account is set up with. But I’m going to stop typing now because I get a strange feeling that I’m wasting my time.
