What are the reasons for price fluctuations?
market moves at random most of the time with no reason. actually there is no one who can predict the real faction of this market with certainly.
Imbalance.
If you would take long, rubber pole and run with it, its ends would move generally in one direction, but wobble around in multiple directions due to random momentum shifts (imbalance mentioned). That’s how price moves. Generally there is some underlying movement dictated by power clash between economies. On top of that there are all parties with their interests - banks, funds, retail traders etc. acting (moving market) with different objectives. This cause fluctuations around the general direction.
