I have a small account with a binary broker, only $900 however, I’ve been trying for 3 weeks now to get my money from them, they are called Spotfn. I’ve done all the relevant paper work, they only answer I get back from their support and chat line is, we are processing now. Anyone any ideas, comments, knowledge or thoughts,

Is your broker regulated by any organization?
What payment terms specified in the regulations of the company?
Don’t know if they are regulated by anyone, I’ll have to look into this, had a look at them in Forex Peace Army, seems I’m not the only one having problems getting funds withdrawn. Had a reply from them this morning saying they have submitted my withdrawal request “again”. I’ve had this reply several times now.

OMG, you even don’t know is you broker regulated or not… Next time you should research carefully before investing to any forex or BO brokers. In BO trading, I recommend you stick with Nadex, 24Option or OptionTrade, they’re regulated.
If they’re responding to you , then maybe you’ll get your money. Wish you luck
