I have been trading using the demo for a while. But since Sunday it keep on saying that this account has receive a margin call and it still below the require margin level. Trading is currently unavailable.
Well the MC status on the account bar is N. So why is the account been lock down. Account no- 02535164

I asked our tech support team to take a look at the settings on your demo account, and they tell me you should now be able to resume trading on it. Note that they reset the password on your demo, so it is now the same as the username. You can change the password the next time you log into your platform.
What I would add is that if you find yourself frequently getting margin calls, it’s a sure sign that you are overleveraging. That means the size of your open trades is too big relative to the equity in your account. Trading at the maximum leverage available to you is kind of like driving at 200 kph just because that’s the top speed for your car.
