Problem with Windsor brokers MT4 platform

After I loaded the platform I had the following problems :-

  1. No dates shown along horizontal axis
  2. No prices shown on vertical axis
  3. My Ea and indicator show as loaded but are not visible on chart

Windsor’s support are useless, only advice ‘try uninstalling and re-installing’

I did same result.

I have several other brokers MT4 platforms running with no problems.

If its a clue I noticed that under the program files that say Pepperstones MT4 is saved as Metatrader - Pepperstone and all the other brokers MT4 platforms are saved in the programs file begining with Metatrader, whereas Windsors MT4 is simply saved as Windsor Direct

Any ideas ?
