Problems placing order on EFX Demo

I opened an EFX demo account, however, everytime I try to go long or short on any currency pair the system says “Order Rejected: Destination not Connected.”

Does anyone know what this means and why this is happening?

You’d get a quicker answer by simply contacting EFX’s support line. They’re great and will figure out the problem.
