In fact, HFT`s are the scalping profitable EAs. They operate on the smallest possible time intervals executing dozens of trades per day. At the same time, it takes many time and efforts to develop such system.
Another important point is brokers commission. Most of the HFTs used by institutional participants with the direct access to the market that helps to reduce trading costs substancially. Most of the attepmts to create profitable scalping EA fail just because of high fees.

You won’t find one that is freely available
I would also agree that there is no such thing as profitable EA. Not all available EAs on the market are for free. You need to pay good attention and try to test such EA as much as possible. Demo accounts are best tools for this purpose
