Hi guys,
The other day I was on BabyPips on my laptop & thought that I’d check the School & see if anything new had been added to any of the sections & unfortunately, all my progress has been lost. I was hoping to see all 100% & was looking for any gaps to highlight new material but it’s all 0% instead.
Can this be recovered or is this just a subtle hint that I should go through the entire school again as a wee refresher course?

try logging in from the machine you completed the school on (or not mobile). I found that my progress didn’t appear on my mobile device.
I did pick up a lot of stuff on the second read though, so maybe worth going through it.

Yes, we’ve been working on a bug in how mobile browsers and non-mobile browser display your progress. It’s been a bear to troubleshoot, but we have our tech team on the issue. Please try jalapenoninja’s suggestion of using your other device’s browser to view your progress (if one was used, of course). If you’ve only ever used your mobile device, please let me know that is the case.
Also, can you tell me the mobile device operating system (e.g., iOS, Android) you’re currently using, plus your device’s default browser, and then also the OS (OSX, Windows, Linux) and web browsers you are using on any other devices (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera). That would be a huge help.

The laptop that I used to complete the school is no longer in the land of the living so that option is unfortunately ruled out. A wee refresher might be exactly what is needed jalepenoninja, I just need to find the time to blitz through it all.
My laptop is running Windows 8 & I get the same outcome with both Internet Explorer & Firefox & both my iPhone & iPad are running the most recent software so it’ll be iOS 7.1.2
